When the pandemic hit, beverage giant Torani wanted to spread joy to its restaurant and cafe-owning clientele. The answer: bring people together online to learn about the science behind flavors.

Every participant received a box in the mail - their very own flavor kit. In it, an assortment of tastes, delights, and mixers to use while collectively watching the online course, taught by Torani’s expert food scientists.

From learning about what kind of pallet you have, to how smell and sound influence our taste buds, to how to scientifically engineer innovative flavor-pairings, this fun course has been translated into three languages and is spreading Torani’s love of amazing flavors across the globe — all while creating an in-person feel from a remote experience.

401K’s, Investments, credit score, oh my! These financial concepts are critical to our lives, yet we’re never taught about finance in school. But how do you make learning about the basics of finance actually engaging? Enter: Mana Money School.

We teamed with the finance experts at Mana Financial Life Design to create a colorful, approachable course designed to teach and demystify the basics of finance. But this isn’t some dry lecture about compound interest. This course is designed to engage millennial audiences with in a language and package they understand, with social lessons pre-built into the project.

We did a casting call for real people who needed serious financial help and used their real questions and misconceptions to fuel the course. The result is a hybrid-style documentary & e-course we couldn’t be more proud of.

The message: take the shame away from your finances. With this authentic approach, Mana Money School is the go-to course to teach the basics of finance, used at non-profits across the country such as Ready to Succeed and more.
