“THE SANDWICH GENERATION” (4 MINS) - KCRW RADIO RACE 1st PLACE WINNER

Every year, Los Angeles’ famous KCRW hosts a 24 hour radio race — creators have 24 hours to submit a 4 minute podcast around a common theme. In 2018, the theme was “The New Normal”, which received close to 500 submissions from around the globe. Arroyo Parkway Chief Creative Officer Matt Livadary won first place with this piece about his dad.

In 2019, KCRW’s radio race theme was “Where the Sun Don’t Shine”. Winner of the 2019 Nocturne Award and featured on one of my favorite podcast series, “Nocturne”.
